Carpets can dry in as little as 1 to 2 hours in low humidity, or up to several hours depending on the conditions. Use fans or turn on your air conditioning or heating to improve airflow and accelerate the drying process.

Our Terms & Conditions

No Fixed Term or Contract

There is no long-term contract between the client and CleanKart Inc. Clients may cancel any recurring or one-time cleaning service up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the originally booked service.

CleanKart Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule service at any time for valid reasons, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen staff unavailability.

All CleanKart Inc. professionals are bonded and insured. We strive to maintain the highest standards of professionalism in every service we provide.

 

Our employees will conduct themselves respectfully while inside your home or property.

CleanKart Inc. is not responsible for pets that escape while our staff are entering or exiting your home.
If your pets will be roaming freely during the appointment, please inform us beforehand so our team can take necessary precautions.

While we make every effort to honor AM or PM scheduling requests, specific arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

Payment is due in full at the time of online booking. Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard.

If your home has a security system, please ensure it is turned OFF, or provide our office with the necessary access codes prior to your cleaning.

Please notify us promptly if your code or access information changes.

Clients are responsible for securing cash, jewelry, and other valuables. While accidental damage is rare, our staff are instructed to report any incident immediately and leave a written note.

If an item is damaged by our team, CleanKart Inc. reserves the right to repair or replace the item.
All incidents must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

CleanKart Inc. reserves the right to suspend or cancel service if there are issues with access, water or electricity supply, or if other contractors or individuals interfere with our ability to work safely and efficiently.
In such cases, the client remains liable for the full cost of the scheduled service.

To maintain our high standards, CleanKart Inc. performs routine quality checks, including in-home inspections and follow-up phone calls. A supervisor may accompany our team during visits.

Please ensure pets are secured and any pet waste is cleaned prior to our arrival. We do not clean litter boxes or urine/feces from floors. Due to the specialized care plants require, we do not water or maintain plants.

 

We stand behind our work. If you are dissatisfied, please contact our office before 11:00 AM the day after your cleaning (or before 11:00 AM on Monday for Friday services). We will make every reasonable effort to address and correct the issue.

Our office operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Voicemail messages left outside these hours will be returned on the next business day.

Clients must ensure that our team has proper access to the property. Please communicate access instructions prior to the appointment.
